IDENTIFYING THE PRONS AND CONS ON HORMONAL CONTRACEPTIVES USE AMONG WOMEN

Health professionals have responsibility to help each woman select the most appropriate hormonal contraceptive according to her personal preferences, needs and circumstances. The main aim of this study is to identify the prons and cons of hormonal contraceptive use among women of Sumbawanga residing for at least six months. The study design for the study will be a home-based descriptive study with a prospective cross-sectional design that will be used to collect the desired data from the sample of the population. It will involve the collection of both qualitative and quantitative evidence from women of reproductive age, 15-49 years in Sumbawanga Municipal, Rukwa region, Tanzania. The study will be carried out from 1st to 21st August 2019.
